Carolyn Gooch – GIS Manager

Carolyn has more than 11 years’ experience in the GIS industry working in both government and private organizations around Australia. She is currently the GIS Manager of Fusion GIS and has involvement in a number of other spatial industry organizations.

Carolyn has worked on a number of large scale Data Capture and System Integration projects and looks now towards ensuring Fusion GIS remain at the forefront of GIS technology offering clients a range of solutions to spatially enable their business.

Carolyn completed a Bachelor of Science (Resource and Environmental Management) in 1998 through the Australian National University and has since completed a Diploma in GIS at Sydney’s Institute of Technology. She is currently working on completing her Masters in Geospatial Science through Curtin University focusing her research on the effect of climate change on viticulture in WA and expects to finish late 2009.

Duncan Jackson – Senior GIS Operator

Duncan has 20 years experience in the Information and I.T. business and has managed and implemented a number of successful projects. A key feature of Duncan’s experience within organisations has been the development of an information culture, where improving data flows, data accuracy and data usage information delivery have been paramount.

Duncan is resourceful and self-motivated with the necessary skills to succeed in a challenging environments, to work under pressure and to negotiate at all levels.

Linda Foster – Senior GIS Operator

Linda spent 8 years studying and working in mining and construction developing a wealth of knowledge in these areas. She has a Certificate in Engineering Surveying, and recently completed a Diploma in Spatial Information Systems at Central Tafe, Perth.

Linda has been a valued member of Fusion GIS for the past two years.
